Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation: 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

Company Cancellation:

We may cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability 
  • Technical pricing errors
  • Fraud detection 
  • Payment failure

Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days.


2. Return & Refund Policy (7 Days)

Ø  Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions: 

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Original tags intact
  • Original packaging

Non-Returnable: 

  • Innerwear
  • Customized items
  • Clearance/Sale products (unless defective)

3. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refund initiated within 7–10 business days after quality check. 
  • Bank/payment gateway may take an additional 3–5 working days. 
  • Refund will be made to the original payment method.

For COD orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer after receiving the customer's bank details.

All returns are subject to verification. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified against the original order details. If the returned item does not match the product originally shipped by us, or if required tags, labels, accessories, or original packaging are missing or altered, we reserve the right to deny the refund and return the product to the customer.
