Ø By accessing or purchasing from LUMOMMA, you agree to be bound by these Terms in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

3. Eligibility
Ø You must be 18 years or above and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
4. Product Information
- All prices are in INR (₹).
- GST is included/excluded as displayed.
- Product colors may vary due to screen resolution.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue products without notice.
5. Orders & Fraud Protection
LUMOMMA reserves the right to:
- Cancel suspicious orders
- Refuse bulk purchases
- Cancel duplicate or fraudulent transactionsÂ
- Request additional identity verification
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimated.Â
- Delays due to courier, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions are not our liability.Â
- Risk passes upon delivery confirmation.
7. Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation:Â
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
Company Cancellation:
We may cancel orders due to:

- Payment failure
Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days.
8. Return & Refund Policy (7 Days)

Non-Returnable:Â

- Customized items
- Clearance/Sale products (unless defective)
9. Refund Processing Timeline
- Refund initiated within 7–10 business days after quality check.Â
- Bank/payment gateway may take an additional 3–5 working days.Â
- Refund will be made to the original payment method.
For COD orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer after receiving the customer's bank details.
10. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD available for selected pin codes only.Â
LUMOMMA reserves the right to disable COD for:Â
- High-value ordersÂ
- Repeat RTO customers
- Repeated refusal of COD may lead to account restriction.
11. Intellectual Property
Ø All content, logos, designs, graphics, product names, and brand identity under LUMOMMA are protected under Indian Intellectual Property Laws.
Ø Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
12. Limitation of Liability
Ø To the maximum extent permitted by law, AARAL APPAREL PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Ø Total liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.
